A&H CEO Seth Leavitt told the JewishPress.com, “What’s truly exciting is that we are first to the market again. This time with an innovative uncured line of beef sausages. We have the standard Sweet Italian and Hot Italian sausages however we also came out with unique flavors such as a Cajun inspired Andouille sausage, a Teriyaki Ginger sausage and what I am most excited about for the holidays is the Bourbon Apple sausage.

“Additionally we teamed up with our amazing brand ambassador Chaine Apfelbaum aka Busy in Brooklyn, who is famous for putting Hassleback Salami on the map, with over 62,000 followers on Instagram.

“She has come up with an extraordinary Rosh Hashanna themed Bourbon Apple Galette dish.”

The Bourbon Apple Galette recipe can be found on the Busy in Brooklyn blog.

“Just hours after the release, the recipe went viral. We anticipate a very strong run on Uncured Apple Bourbon sausages,” Leavitt said.

A&H is in business since 1954 starting in the Bronx, NY. They are known for their commitment to the quality of their kosher provisions, being leaders in innovation in their field and producing the “Top Kosher Dog in America.”

“I also believe our old-time customers will appreciate our care to the detailed artwork on our packaging. We’ve watermarked the original storefront onto the packaging, hearkening back to our origins in the Bronx, circa 1954,” Leavitt proudly added.

National Kosher supervision is provided by the Orthodox Union, Rabbi Yechiel Babad and Kehila Kashrus.
