Terrorist Shot Dead Near Shechem

An attempted stabbing was thwarted at Huwara, an Arab town 5 miles south of Shechem. An Arab suspect approached a military police unit near the local quarries and attempted to stab one of the policeman. He was shot and fell on the pavement, then died shortly thereafter. There were no Israeli casualties.
