Iran now has enough 60 percent enriched uranium – which can be quickly increased to the weapons-grade 90 percent enrichment -- to create six nuclear weapons, the IAEA reported.

Just 42 kg of uranium enriched to 60 percent purity is needed for one atomic bomb, according to the IAEA.

At this point, the nuclear watchdog agency has no access to data on Iranian nuclear development activity.

US Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl warned Iran has the capability to produce enough fissile material for at least one nuclear bomb in 12 days.

IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi warned last month in a statement, “One thing is true: They have amassed enough nuclear material for several nuclear weapons, not one, at this point.”

The Press TV interview included a reference to the fact that Iran’s nuclear facilities and scientists had come under "repeated, and often deadly, terrorist attacks.

This may be a good moment to remind President Joe Biden of his promise in late August to the visiting Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

Grossi's one-day visit is his first since Iran's new President Ebrahim Raisi took office in August.
