Maariv: Yom Tov  concludes at 8:22 p.m., N.Y.C. E.D.T., the usual weekday Maariv Tefilla, with the inclusion of Ata Chonantanu,Vi’Yehi Noam v’Ata Kadosh, followed by Sefiras HaOmer. [After Alenu,  or for some  before, we say V’yiten Lecha.] We make Havdala  at home. (Some are accustomed to recite Havdala in shul as well.)

Sunday morning: Isru Chag – Shacharis as usual, but we do not say Tachanun until the end of Nissan.
