UN General Secretary Ban Ki-moon (L) and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas (R) during a joint press conference at Abbas' headquarters in Ramallah, 15 August 2013.

PM Netanyahu spoke with UN chief Ban Ki-moon, explaining to him the facts of life.

Ban Ki-moon has publicly doubted the boys Gil-ad Shaar, Eyal Yifrach and Naftali Frenkel were kidnapped, much less kidnapped by Hamas, following his initial (eventual) tepid condemnation of the kidnapping, while simultaneously morally equating IDF operations to stop terror attacks with the kidnapping of the 3 young Jewish boys on their way home from school.

Netanyahu informed Ban Ki-moon that Israel has solid information that the boys were kidnapped by Hamas.

He told him that Israel objects to the transfer of the $20 million dollars from Qatar to Hamas, which UN envoy Robert Serry was trying to facilitate.

And Netanyahu added that Abbas must break up with the Hamas terror organization.
