A 19-year-old Palestinian Authority university student is the terrorist who was behind the murder of two Jews in the Old City of Jerusalem during Sukkot.

A gag order that as released Sunday revealed that Abad al-Aziz Marrie convinced 19-year-old Mohammed Halibi to kill Jews after the two men were denied entry to the Al Aqsa mosque because of limitations on young Palestinian Authority residents during the Jewish holiday.

Halibi had written on Facebook two days earlier, “From what I see, the Third Intifada is breaking out.”

He and Marrie entered Jerusalem illegally the day of the murder. Halibi, identified with Islamic Jihad, told him that he was so angry that he could not pray at Al Aqsa that he wanted to beat up a policeman. Marrie convinced him he should murder them.

He then paid an Arab merchant in the Muslim Quarter $13 for a knife, which he gave to Halibi who then obligingly went on stabbing spree Saturday night during the Sukkot holiday.

He attacked one family, killing Aharon Banita, seriously wounding his wife Adele and lightly wounding her 2-year-old child. Their baby was not hurt.

Adele Banita, although she was wooded, punched the terrorist and then escaped and ran approximately 150 feet to a police post for help.

Border Police raced to the scene and shot and killed Halibi, but not before he was able to use his $13 dollar knife to murder long-time Old City resident and Yeshiva Ateret Kohenim Rabbi Nehemiah Lavi.
