Juan Thompson, facing a federal charge of making threats against Jewish institutions starting January 28, will not appear at a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday, and another hearing on whether he should be moved to New York, where he has been originally charged, AP reported Monday. Both hearings have been delayed until March 15.

Thompson will be in court in St. Louis on Wednesday, as scheduled, for a hearing on his remand until his trial.
