Police are searching for three men who physically attacked a school guard Monday morning in Afula Illit, located between Beit Shean in the Jordan Valley and the Mediterranean Coast.

The guard, around 50 years old, suffered light wounds and is being treated at the HaEmek Hospital in Afula.

Police have ruled out terror as a motive and have said the attack was criminal.

A helicopter is participating in a massive manhunt for the attackers.
