Residents of the Gaza Belt community of Nirim were awakened by the sound of the Red Alert incoming rocket alert siren shortly after midnight Wednesday night.
Security personnel are searching the area to determine whether or not — and if so, where — there was an actual rocket or mortar attack, and where the projectile landed if it made it to the Israeli side of the border.
