A 21-year-old Palestinian Authority man was caught Saturday on an anonymous tip received by police, warning them of his alleged intentions.

Police set up roadblocks in the area to catch the suspect and with a combination of technology and ground units managed to track him down.

Police watched for the vehicle he was possibly said to be traveling in after the hotline receiving a second anonymous phone call, and shortly after he was located by patrol officers in Afula.

The suspect was arrested and taken into custody for questioning together with agents from the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) intelligence service.
