IDF helicopter lands at Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva to deliver wounded for care.

Two IDF soldiers were wounded Sunday night when a mortar shell struck a gathering near the southern Israeli city of Sderot.

Both were evacuated by Magen David Adom medics via helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Be’er Sheva, where spokesperson Sharon Edery told reporters that one is listed in fair condition, the other in good condition.

“They are now undergoing a medical evaluation and initial treatment,” the spokesperson said.
