For Crumbs:
1¼ cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 stick margarine or bitter
1 tsp vanilla

For Ice cream:
4 cups vanilla ice cream
¾ cup yellow or white cake mix

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, mix together all the crumb ingredients.

Spread crumbs out on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes. Allow to cool and break into small chunks.

Allow the ice cream to defrost for 5-10 minutes until softened.

Beat together in a large bowl together with the cake mix until combined.

Pour ice cream into a 9 inch round pan and top with the cooled crumbs, pressing to adhere.

Allow to fully freeze.

Does not need to sit out at all before slicing!!!
