Israel Prize-winning novelist, essayist and playwright A.B. Yehoshua (“Buli”)– author, most recently, of “Ahizat Moledet” (Homeland Lesson) — was called the “Israeli Faulkner” by the New York Times. A left-wing intellectual, he has recently called on Europe to recognize Palestine as a independent state. He joins Yishai to talk about the meaning of Zionism, and give literary depth to the Scroll of Esther.
