Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas froze the salaries of 46 former ministers and members of parliament, Arab media reported Saturday. Among the victims of Abbas’s wrath is Hasan Aspur, a supporter of the former leader of Fatah in Gaza Mohammed Dahlan.
