Israel Defense Forces opened fire Tuesday night at three Arab infiltrators who crossed through Israel’s security fence along the southern border with Gaza.

The three infiltrators – who were under IDF surveillance — entered a wooded near Kibbutz Kissufim from the southern Gaza Strip. They hurled a homemade bomb at the troops.

“We just identified three terrorists who crossed the security fence from Gaza into Israel,” the IDF Spokesperson said.

“After our soldiers arrived at the scene, the terrorists hurled an explosive device at them. In response, our soldiers opened fire at the terrorists. Hits were identified.”
