An Arab-Israeli man, Gasan Shamsiya, was murdered Wednesday in the UAE emirate of Dubai, according to Israel’s foreign ministry.

The 32-year-old man, a resident of Akko, was stabbed to death.

“The matter is known to the Israeli consul in Dubai and the department for Israelis abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.

“The circumstances of the case are being investigated by the local authorities.”

Dubai has arrested some Israeli nationals in the murder, which might be related to a dispute with another family in Israel.
