Ta’al Party leader and Knesset Member Ahmed Tibi spoke Tuesday about the possibility of supporting the Arab Joint List faction from outside the narrow government coalition led by Blue and White Party leader Benny Gantz.

Tibi’s party is part of the Arab Joint List, which is currently in coalition talks with Gantz. Tibi spent some time discussing the topic in a news interview on the ‘Erev Erev’ program broadcast on Israel’s Kann public broadcasting network.

Tibi said his party hopes to be “part of the effort to end the historic career of [Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu. We are on the way, in my opinion,” he added.
