Former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley received the highest honor possible on Thursday from the Simon Wiesenthal Center, the Humanitarian Laureate Award.

“There is true evil in the world and we must come together to fight for human rights around the world,” she said in her address at the event.
The ceremony took place at the 2019 Spirit of Courage Benefit dinner for the Center’s Midwest Region.
Haley was awarded the honor by Rabbi Marvin Hier for her “courage and compassion in protecting global human rights and the State of Israel.”
