Oh dear. Health code violations at a Kosher establishment? That’s not Kosher!

I don't see how restaurants that have such repeated health code violations can be considered kosher — many of the violations involve infestation with insects and rodents. Where was the mashgiach?
Kosher Delight was always overpriced, greasy, and low in quality. The only thing that will be missed is the convenience of having a kosher place that big right by Herald Square
if im not mistaken, kosher translates to clean. so how kosher is it with roaches and rats ? i rather eat in a strictly vegetarian restaurant that is clean..mashgiach or not.
Probably making sure there were no microscopic bugs in the water.
Kosher means "fit for use" not clean. Clean is "Naki". A kosher restaurant should also be naki!
