PM Netanyahu told the Foreign Affair and Defense Committee in a meeting yesterday that the lawyers won’t allow Israel to shut off the water and electricity to Gaza.

He said this in response to a request by the committee chairman, Minister Ze’ev Elkin, for Israel to take a more harsh response against Gaza, including shutting off the water and electricity.

Netanyahu said he will bomb them a little harder.

We’re glad the lawyers permit that.

Still, one wonders, if we moved the lawyers to Sderot, would they come up with a different legal opinion?

  1. Thats okay. Just make it so that there is nobody left there to require it.

  2. Paul W. Howe says:

Just cut off the supplies cos they dont pay anyway.

  3. Are You Serious? This isn’t an unpaid bill issue! I think it’s called War, and they provoked it! Was that in the Lease agreement?

  4. Cannot fight a war with lawyers running things. However, Israel doesn’t need to be accused of a war crime by targeting civilians so broadly. Were the positions reversed, Hamas would never be charged for doing that to Israel.

  5. Then shut it off to the people who didn’t pay. That’s legal. Those who paid probably are not the enemy of Israel.

  6. Izik Izik says:

Shoot the lawyers then turn off the gas and water and electricity. Or better yet put their sorry asses where the bombs are falling give 15 mins and ask them again

  7. Paul W. Howe says:

Yes serious cos the suppliers will get to the terrorist 1st who controls it…

  11. Judi Fradkin says:

JUST DO IT> Shut off the water, stop electricity, and STOP TREATING THEM IN OUR HOSPITALS>

  12. Give me a break!! WHY SUPPLY THEM WITH FUEL??

  13. It is a matter of national security. If the lawyers don’t understand this, send them to live with the people in Gaza.

  14. Bibi is full of it. If he is now willing to fight the islamists he should resign and make Feiglin or Bennett the PM

  15. What the hell say what they signed??
