Only with a change in policy by the U.S. and the international community with regard to the PA will there hope for change. We know the current policy is not just morally wrong but also an abject failure. Eyal, Gilad, and Naftali were murdered as a result of the world’s failure to make it clear that it will no longer accept the Palestinian Authority’s longstanding practice of providing a safe haven to terrorists.
