The IDF successfully tested a seaborne version of the Iron Dome system on Monday. The system is designed to protect Israel’s offshore assets from attack.
In the test, missiles are launched from land, and the floating Iron Dome system, which was placed on a navy ship, launched intercept rockets which then successfully take out the missiles.
