US Defense corporation Lockheed Martin has officially registered an Israeli subsidiary, according to Jewish Business News.

In April, the company opened a technology center in Be’er Sheva, which is run by former Israeli Air Force general Shelly Gotman.

The Israeli branch will be looking for local partnerships, investments and acquistions in Israel, in the fields of cybersecurity and information technology.

The company is hiring Israelis.
