It’s that time of year again in Israel … Daylight Savings Time has arrived in the Jewish State.

This coming Thursday night, technically early Friday morning, March 23, Israelis will “spring forward” by moving their clocks ahead by one hour at 02:00 am, to 03:00 am.

We’ll lose one hour’s sleep and gain one hour of sunlight for the rest of the spring and summer months.

On Sunday, October 28, 2018, 02:00:00 clocks are turned backward 1 hour to 01:00 local standard time.

Experts say there will be more light in the morning at that point.
