Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu prays at the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City, the evening before the Israeli general elections.

As he has done on the eve of every Israeli election, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu went with his wife Sarah on Monday night to pray at the Western Wall.

In keeping with the tradition, Netanyahu also placed a note within the cracks between its ancient stones, written in burgundy marker in a few simply scrawled words:
