Netanyahu Prays at Western Wall on Eve of Elections

As he has done on the eve of every Israeli election, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu went with his wife Sarah on Monday night to pray at the Western Wall.

In keeping with the tradition, Netanyahu also placed a note within the cracks between its ancient stones, written in burgundy marker in a few simply scrawled words:

“For security, Am Yisrael, and for my beloved family.”
