The terrorist, who lived in the village of Silat al-Kharathiya, was involved in a shooting attack on Thursday, December 16, 2021, in which the late Yehuda Dimentman was killed. Several of the other terrorists involved in the attack also came from that village and are related to Jaradat.

Yehuda Dimentman, a 25 year old student at the yeshiva located in the former northern Samaria Jewish community of Homesh, was one of three people shot by terrorists on the road outside the community. The other two victims were injured but survived.

The structures built at Homseh have since been demolished by Israeli authorities, including the yeshiva in which Yehuda Dimentman learned.

The demolition order was signed and delivered to the terrorist’s family after the appeal they filed against the original demolition order was denied.

The terrorist’s family can file one more appeal against the demolition order with the High Court of Israel.

Last week a notice was also delivered to the family of terrorist Ghaith Jaradat, informing them the IDF intends to demolish the floor in the building where that terrorist lived. A relative of Muhammad Jaradat, Ghaith Jaradat was also involved in the murder of Yehuda Dimentman.
