IDF vehicle patrols Israel-Gaza border fence east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza on August 25, 2021

Initial report: One person was shot in the leg along the Gaza border, around 1 PM on Wednesday. The victim was identified as a construction worker on the security fence. He was taken to the hospital and is listed as lightly wounded.

All agricultural work near the Gaza border has been ordered halted.


The IDF said is launched tank fire at a number of Hamas military targets in response.

Gazan sources claimed that a number of Gazans have been injured from the IDF’s response.
