President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that the United States attacked three Iranian nuclear sites: Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan, on Saturday night. The attack happened at 2:30 AM Iran time.
We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Six B-2 bombers took part in the attack. Israel was notified yesterday, ahead of the attack.
According to reports, 30 tons of explosives were dropped on the Fordow nuclear site. Fordow is gone.
30 Tomahawk missiles were fired at the Natanz and Isfahan nuclear facilities.
Trump finished his post calling for peace.
Trump followed up with a second post about this historic moment, demanding Iran end the war.
