Nearly two million tourists have visited Israel so far since the start of this year, and we haven’t yet reached Hanukkah.

According to the Population and Immigration Authority, since January 1, 2016, 1,802,182 visitors have entered the State of Israel.

Nearly one million of those have come from five countries, led by the United States, and followed by Russia, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

The breakdown among the five nations is as follows:
USA: 385,084
Russia: 168,156
France: 159,717
Germany: 110,599
UK: 110,404
