An Iron Dome air defense missile launch

The Gazans launched 9 mortars and rockets at Israel yesterday evening and overnight, according to the IDF spokesperson.

Iron Dome intercepted one of them which was heading towards the Eshkol region.

The remaining projectiles landed in open areas near the Gaza fence.

In the early morning, one of the two mortars that landed in the Eshkol region did not set off the Iron Dome alert siren.

Despite the terrorism emanating from Gaza, the Kerem Shalom crossing is open today and transferring goods into Gaza.
