Emergency responders in Sderot.

First responders operating around the Gaza Strip and providing emergency services in the area received hundreds of protective vests distributed by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), known as the Keren L’Yedidut in Israel.

The campaign was arranged in advance and in coordination with the IDF’s Home Front Command and the heads of authorities in relevant areas.

In recent years, The Fellowship has invested tens of millions of dollars towards enhancing the security for the civilians in the Gaza area and in southern Israel including the deployment of mobile shelters, refurbishing of bomb shelters and the protection of hospitals.
