As Israel battles Islamic Jihad in Gaza, Prime Minister (and now former) Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu passed the baton of the Defense Ministry over to Minister Naftali Bennett on Tuesday, in the presence of Chief of General Staff Aviv Kochavi and Brigadier General Ofer Vinter (Winter).
