Three people have been shot in a recycling plant it the Barkan Industrial Park in the Shomron, located near the town of Ariel, in what now appears to have been a terror attack.

According to MDA, a called was received at 7:39 AM on Sunday, and paramedics rushed to the scene.


A man and a woman are in their 30s were murdered in the attack, a third woman, age 54, is seriously wounded.

Update: The third woman has been taken to the hospital and is now listed in moderate condition.

The shooter arrived and escaped on a motorcycle, according to a TPS report.

Additional reports state that the weapon may have been an automatic weapon or assault rifle and not a pistol, though from the photo, the shell appears to be a 9mm shell.

Update: From the videos, it appears to be a Carlo gun.

An unconfirmed report is that the shooter was a former employee of the factory, in his early 20s, from a village near Tulkarem.

According to Channel 20, the shooter is known to security forces.

Searches are still ongoing in the area.
