The IDF and Civil Administration have issued a demolition order to destroy the family home of the terrorist who killed 13-year-old Hallel Yaffa Ariel, hy’d, in Kiryat Arba last Thursday.
The murderer, 19-year-old Muhammed Tarayreh, climbed in the window of her bedroom and stabbed the eighth grade girl dozens of times as she lay sleeping in her bed.
The killer was a resident of the nearby Arab town of Bani Naim, which is currently under a general closure by the IDF. He was shot and killed by the town’s Rapid Response security team, who fought with him at the house.
One of the team members was stabbed and critically injured during the struggle to stop him from escaping and attacking others in the community. The security guard was also hit by friendly fire during the fight.
