And following Pro Deutschland demonstrations in August outside a number of Berlin mosques, where the same Muhammad cartoons were on display, there was an attack on the German embassy in Cairo.

Last week there was an attack on the German embassy in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, and Muslim preachers in Sudan are already calling for protests against Germany over the film’s showing.
