Israel reportedly is prepared to make another “goodwill” move to the Palestinian Authority by handing over the bodies of more terrorists who were buried in Israel, according to the Hebrew-language newspaper Yediot Acharonot.
Palestinian Civil Affairs Minister Hussein al-Sheikh said that dozens of bodies will be turned over to the Palestinian Authority because of the resumption of direct PA-Israel talks, which were resumed only after the government agreed to free 26 terrorists convicted of murder and attempted murder.
Last year after Israel handed over 91 bodies of terrorists to the Palestinian Authority, including 12 to Gaza, Israel is to hand over bodies of Palestinian terrorists buried in its territory as part of gestures to Palestinians in light of Wednesday resumption of peace talks
