Stolen police uniform found in possession of Palestinian Authority Arab.

Border Guard Police stopped a Palestinian Authority Arab from carrying out an attack against Jews Saturday night.

The suspect, a 36-year-old resident of Bethlehem, was arrested Saturday afternoon after he was found with a brand-new Israel Police uniform., still in the package and ready to be worn for carrying out an attack.

The uniform was discovered when the taxi in which the suspect was riding was searched at the Mishor Adumim checkpoint at around 12 noon.

Security personnel had received a tip about the would-be terrorist prior to the arrival of the taxi at the checkpoint. When the vehicle arrived and the suspect was identified, Border Police surrounded the taxi and made the arrest.

“Upon receiving the intelligence, we deployed a large police unit and rapidly located the suspect, arresting him shortly after,” the unit commander said in a statement.

“Thanks to precise intelligence, determination and the vigilance of our security forces, we were able to make the arrest before the suspect was able achieve his goal,” he added.

Mishor Adumim is the name of an industrial part located in the industrial zone of the Jerusalem suburb of Ma’ale Adumim, about a ten minute drive east of the capital. The park is managed by the Ma’ale Adumim Economic Development Company Ltd.

  1. Roc Diaz, if it were here in the US, I would agree. But I admire Israeli police for being able to get the most unbelievable results. I would hope it deters would be terrorists in the future. Always looking over their back…

  2. I agree with Roc Diaz. It's just the same as the D-day landings in WW2. It wasn't down to the extensive intelligence work and deception carried out by the Allies that made it such as success – they just went over there in some boats and planes and by a stroke of luck caught the Germans napping.

  3. Always vigilant. Israeli forces are as good as is. But why not? I get the Jewish press notifications sent to my phone so I'll remember that God commanded me to pray for Israel. I'm in the states and am a Christian. I am just horrified by the sunlight of terror that is perpetrated against Israelites. Several times daily I've learned that some one hurt or tried to hurt these people. It will not always be so, but until then, thank you for keeping your people safe
