Rabbi Mordechai Hager, shlita, the Vizhnitzer Rebbe of Monsey was taken Sunday evening (EDT) to Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he is undergoing medical tests.
The Rebbe, 94, had reportedly not been feeling well for the past several days. By Sunday evening he was said to be in intense pain. The Rebbe is the elder of today’s Chassidic leaders.
