An IDF soldier sustained minor injuries Saturday night in a suspected terrorist ramming attack near Herzliya.

The incident took place near the Hasira Junction north of Highway 2. The injured soldier was evacuated to a hospital in Petach Tikvah.

The driver fled in a Mazda traveling north on Highway 2.

Israeli security personnel were in pursuit both on the ground and in helicopters.
