President Donald Trump posted on his Truth Social Platform on Monday night, that Israel and Iran have agreed to the terms and reached a ceasefire.
CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED! Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World. During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL. On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, “THE 12 DAY WAR.” This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will! God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD!

Currently Israel has been heavily attacking Tehran, sending warnings to Iranian citizens to vacate the areas they’ll be attacking. Four Iranian drones were shut down in Israel’s north.
Israel is not interested in a ceasefire. Israel wants the Iranian regime’s threat and capabilities completely eliminated, not to mention the regime changed (whether it is said outright or just hinted at). But due the US entering into the conflict and bombing the Iranian nuclear sites, it’s difficult for Israel to not agree to President Trump’s demands.
Iran, on the other hand, desperately needs the ceasefire to survive.
Both sides have agreed to the ceasefire.
If Iran acts anything like Hamas or Hezbollah used to when they were in better shape and a ceasefire was declared, Israel can expect a major Iranian bombardment right before the ceasefire goes into effect.
And if Iran doesn’t attack, it shows they may be in even worse shape than we think, and a ceasefire is saving their regime.
The ceasefire is not without its critics who are able to speak more freely:

If true, it is now the only opportunity for the Iranian people to finish their revolution. If they fail, then the Islamic Republic will survive and become even more tyrannical.

Earlier in the day, Qatar negotiated an Iranian attack on the US base in the country, which the US reportedly agreed to accept the attack so Iran could “get it out of their system” as Trump wrote on his platform. The attack was in response to the US bombing the Iranian nuclear sites.
Also in question is the enriched uranium that may have been removed from Fordow before it was bombed.
