The teen turned himself in to police this past Friday, according to PIX-11, which reported the teen was not named due to his status as a juvenile. He was charged with two counts of aggravated harassment.

In one of the attacks, Hassidic men and boys were chased by several men who leaped out of cars, grabbing one Hassid and punching him after he was pinned against a parked vehicle.

Hassidic victims were punched in two other attacks as well.

Surveillance footage of the attacks, under investigation by the New York Police Department (NYPD) Hate Crimes Unit, were captured by security cameras.
