Forty left-wing activists and Palestinian Arabs arrived on Sunday at an olive grove belonging to residents of Kfar Adumim, a mixed religious-secular communal Israeli settlement in the Judean Desert, and, according to police, they broke the fence surrounding the grove, Irsael radio reported.

Police arrested 8 activists on suspicion of attacking policemen. One police officer was injured from a rock thrown by the invaders, and received treatment.

  1. Jennifer, you mean at Jews who lived in Israel before muhamad invented islam!? When the arabs invaded Jerusalem before the crusades, they found Jews there! Making public comments about fictional arab land should embarrass you! Let the arabs move to their own arab Palestine, Jordan!

  2. Actually Jewish people lived
in those lands in the middle east
before Islam. Kurdish Jews spoke ib Aramaic. The language
of the Talmud. But Jewish people who
came from those lands had horrifying
    things happening to them. Also
Arabs would throw stones at Jews back
when Jewish people lived in those lands…

  3. Mark Twain had this to say about olive trees in the 'Holy Land' Mark Twain in the Holy Land

Mark Twain visited Israel in 1867, and published his impressions in Innocents Abroad. He described a desolate country – devoid of both vegetation and human population:

“….. A desolate country whose soil is rich enough, but is given over wholly to weeds… a silent mournful expanse…. a desolation…. we never saw a human being on the whole route…. hardly a tree or shrub anywhere. Even the olive tree and the cactus, those fast friends of a worthless soil, had almost deserted the country.” http://zionismandisrael.wordpress.com/2008/08/28/mark-twain-in-the-holy-land/
