Will Starbucks hire Boycott Movement officials when they find themselves out of work?

One video states that Palestinian Authority workers at the factory in Maaleh Adumim “have little choice but to work for the settlers who exploit the land that was theirs.”

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinian Authority Arab work for Arab companies in Judea and Samaria, but the several hundred who work for SodaStream “have no choice?”

Considering that SodaStream pays wages far and above those of most Arab companies, there indeed really is not much choice,

Perhaps BDS should change their strategy and protest that SodaStream is bribing the Arabs by paying them high wages to work.

Keep up the good work, BDS. Get on Starbuck’s case and continue to do great PR for Israel by exposing yourself for what you are.

And why you guys are out of work, maybe you find a job at Starbucks.

  1. Philastines are terrorists by birth, like ismael was notorious by birth, peace with them is impossible.Philastines are not wanted by any Islamic nation, because they try to take over that host nation ie.labonon,Syria,Kuwait, jordon ,Egypt,Sudan, morroco,Tunisia, lybia etc. What will happen to billions donated by Muslim nations for building philastine city near Ramallah ???

  2. Really not sure why the nasty comments about liberal Jews were included in this otherwise positive article. We are certainly not thawing out in Southern California with little rain this year. Worry about an increase in fires are quite real. Please keep articles on topic in the future .

  3. Good on ya Starbucks; now maybe we can get them to refill the co2 cylinders so I don’t have to do it myself; it’s a good product, well made and worthy of praise and approval by this company…now, if they just keep their stores from becoming dangerous “gun free” zones we can enjoy the coffee, soda, and safety!

  4. After ‘the Flood’ only the family of Noach survived. His sons Shem, Ham and Yefed who began to populate the earth again and we still are struggling with our family members. History is important, education is crucial and which brother did the Palestines spring forth from. Could be my cousins for all I know and where is our common ground here on earth. Round and round we go. Someone wants to be the winner and the winner takes all and at what cost? The death of a mother, brother, child. Time to sit down and talk it out. Peace on earth, would not that be wonderful!

  5. Every “BDS-fail” is welcome – and it’s good to keep some sense of proportion about actual economic harm.

But remember that the main goal of BDS is to actually delegitimize Israel. The three official criteria are not operational – unless Israel is destroyed as a Jewish state.

And many BDS-supporters – even if they only want to boycott “settlement” products etc, and say that Israel has the right to exist – are very attraction to anti-capitalism an anti-nationalism. So for these people, the actions of huge, wealthy companies – like Starbuck – only “prove” their point that Israel is Bad.
