Simcha Rotem, Warsaw Ghetto Uprising fighter

Simcha Rotem, the last surviving warrior of the 1943 uprising of the Warsaw Ghetto, has passed away at the age of 94. Rotem served as a courier between those who fought in what was the greatest act of armed Jewish resistance during the Holocaust, and those who were fighting on the side of the “Aryans” — the Nazis.
