Purim 2018 at the White House

Can anyone remember a time when Purim was celebrated at the White House? When the brachot (blessings) were recited in Hebrew with a full minyan (quorum) and the Megilla read there for Jewish staff?

When was it even considered acceptable for a presidential aide to celebrate the holiday with appropriate prayers – and mishloach manot (holiday gifts of food) — at the workplace?
