Justice Minister Livni, who always is looking for an excuse to make sure that she will not be unemployed as the coalition government’s peace talks negotiator, has praised Abbas for preventing the resurgence of the intifada in Judea and Samaria and that Israel needs to “take advantage of the opportunity” and resume talks with the Palestinian Authority, a dangerous operation all by itself.
