And the term “racial profiling,” while technically accurate, really isn’t because the profiling actually involves too many other factors to be whittled down to such a simplistic description. In fact, it is more accurately described as “preventive security profiling” to describe the multiple layers of a person’s life which are analyzed when deciding if that individual presents a security risk.
