Fire started by Hamas arson attack in southern Israel

Arson terror is continuing in the Gaza Belt region, with incendiary balloons and firebomb kites continuing to be launched at southern Israel from across the border from Gaza by Hamas terrorists.

On Tuesday, one fire was caused by an incendiary balloon in Kerem Shalom, according to Eli Cohen, the spokesperson for the regional Fire and Rescue squad in southern Israel.

A second fire broke out in the agricultural fields of Kibbutz Kerem Shalom after a Molotov cocktail kite landed in the area. The kibbutz personnel were able to bring the flames under control, according to officials at the scene.
