And now Kirby walked into it: “…We’ve certainly seen some reports of what many would consider excessive use of force. Obviously, we don’t like to see that, and we want to see restrictions that are elevated in this time of violence to be as temporary as possible if they have to be enacted.”

In his speech, PA Chairman Abbas described the “execution” of a Palestinian boy by Israeli security forces, after the lad had merely stabbed two Israelis, one a 13-year-old. The Israeli prime minister’s office released a statement saying the “executed” Palestinian is alive and well and receiving medical treatment at Hadassah Medical Center.
