If in fact the Torah is hinting in this particular context at the theme of the unique obligations of each individual, then it is fitting that the korban prescribed should adhere to this theme, and be the only atonement for sin in the entire Torah which is itself dependent on the unique circumstances of each individual.  A sinner who comes to the kohen in the Beis HaMikdash and is told that the korban he must bring is not one-size-fits-all, but is tailored to his particular financial circumstances, may perhaps get the hint and realize that in the future he should be more sensitive to his unique background and potential, and recognize the unique obligations imposed upon him as an individual.

May we take this lesson to heart, and strive to realize our distinctive potential and obligations, and fulfill the unique mission for which Hashem sent us into the world. And may we thus merit to see the rebuilding of the Beis HaMikdash and the restoration of Parshas Vayikra to the realm of practical halacha, speedily in our days.
